By using the DietPulse mobile application (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App
2.1 License:
DietPulse grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
2.2 Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to: Violating any applicable laws or regulations. Interfering with the functionality of the App. Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the App.

3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration:
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
3.2 Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 User-Generated Content:
You may have the opportunity to submit content, including text, images, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant DietPulse a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content.
4.2 Intellectual Property:
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of DietPulse and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DietPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
DietPulse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website or within the app, and the effective date will reflect the date of the latest revision.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
